DOZON RFT

Composition: Sodium Alginate 250mg + Sodium Bicarbonate 133.5mg + Calcium Carbonate 80mg (syrup, Mint Flavour, Sugar Free). The rationale for the combination is complementary action: Sodium Alginate (alginate raft-forming agent), Sodium Bicarbonate (antacid) and Calcium Carbonate (antacid / calcium source).

Sodium alginate forms a viscous raft over gastric contents that helps reduce reflux. Sodium bicarbonate neutralises gastric acid. Calcium carbonate neutralises gastric acid.

Safety

·       Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component.
