OPTIHEME

Composition: Liposomal Ferric Pyrophosphate e.q. to elemental iron 29 mg + Quatrefolic® 200 mcg + Vitamin C 50 mg + Vitamin B12 75 mcg + Vitamin B6 (P5P–Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 0.5 mg (chewable tablets). Pack size: 30 tablets. The formula combines liposomal iron with active folate, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and active vitamin B6.

Liposomal ferric pyrophosphate is an encapsulated oral iron formulation. Quatrefolic® (L-methylfolate) is an active form of folate. Vitamin C is an antioxidant vitamin that also supports non-haem iron absorption. Vitamin B12 is required for red blood cell formation and nerve function. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6.
